Ordinance #230020: Sponsor - Mayor Quinton Lucas - Estimating revenue in the amount of $1,500,000.00 in the Convention and Tourism Fund and appropriating same for the purpose of funding the City's contribution toward the 2023 NFL Draft; authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Kansas City Sports Commission in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
