Missouri & Kansas Host More Millionaires

Adjusting for inflation . . . The numbers aren't quite as impressive and still don't prove that capitalism works for most of the service industry workers who are most likely holding grudges and biding their time until the revolution comes as they miserably take that order for large fries. 

Here's a bit more hopeful data . . .

Missouri saw a bigger raw number growth for the 2015-2020 period, adding 1,660, whereas Kansas saw a bump of 1,020.

That’s according to new data from the Internal Revenue Service that breaks down the number of filers based on adjusted gross income. Because of about a two-year lag, 2020 is the most recent data available.

Fueled by consistent gains in the job market and a steady climb on Wall Street, the number of $1 million earners grew by 38.8% nationally between 2015 and 2020 and by 9.8% between 2019 and 2020.
