Fun fact . . .

There are probably only about a half a dozen people who really qualify as "journalists" in Kansas City.

Rather than focus on storytelling, utilizing technology or even the grammar/AP style training that we all need from time to time . . . Here's a politically charged approach to a discipline that's clearly in decline despite the very real power of citizen journalists . . .

"On the National Day of Racial Healing, the Health Forward Foundation invited three Kansas City journalists to discuss diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in their respective newsrooms."
