Kansas City Restaurants Suffer Long COVID

Fear, bad policy and the economic reality of a new digital economy have created dire circumstances for the Kansas City restaurant biz. 

The margins just aren't there anymore for most places that were barely getting by anyhoo . . . And I guess all of those robot workers also decided that it was easier to find a paying gig online rather than take abuse from fatties who are always angry about something in the news . . . As THEY are unwittingly "forced" to dine in public like a civilized person rather than without pants whilst working on their trashy local blog.
