Kansas City Mayor Q Promises New South Side Grocery Store

Campaign season and worsening American scarcity spark at new pledge from Mayor Q on this Sunday morning. 

Following the demise of an old & busted Sunfresh . . .

Here's the word . . .

"Our Red Bridge area deserves high quality services, including grocery and shopping options. I will work with area leaders and neighbors to secure a new store that will continue the resurgence of the Red Bridge Shopping Center and South Kansas City."

For context . . . 

There wasn't much progress on the pledge to reduce murders over the past 4 years. 

We can only hope that city hall's top politico is lowering expectations and maybe getting more realistic about his power as a politico.

OR . . .

Given that progress seems to move in the opposite direction of city hall efforts . . . Our South Side friends might want to find a really good gas station to find affordable sustenance.
