Kansas City Royals Westside Stadium Might Save Imperial Brewery?!?!

Newflash . . .

The upcoming "downtown stadium" isn't going to be downtown.

Also . . .

The East Crossroads is already too crowded to host a stadium and 50K cars.

For better and worse . . .

The South Westside Industrial District is really the only place near downtown that has the kind of room that the a stadium requires.

Moreover . . .

A major thoroughfare like Southwest Blvd along with highway AND RAIL access makes the location even more attractive.

Here's an even better look at what's happening behind the scenes . . .

DEVELOPERS HOPE TO REVIVE THE EFFORT TO SAVE IMPERIAL BREWERY IN ORDER TO COMPLIMENT THE ROYALS WESTSIDE STADIUM!!!

This is a last ditch effort to save the oldest brewhaus in Kansas City that seems doomed to the wrecking ball . . . But facilities for the Royals in a stadium complex might save the historic building after all.

Of course there's a lot of speculation on this topic but that's fair given the dearth of reliable public info offered by 12th & Oak officials and/or the team.

In the meantime . . .

More locals realize that the idea of putting the team inside the loop is quickly becoming impractical.

Developing . . .
