INSIDERS: DOWNTOWN I-60 SOUTH LOOP COVER STORY EXPOSED AS TAXPAYER FUNDED SCHEME TO SILENCE HIGHWAY NOISE AMID LUXURY LIVING SPACE COMPLAINTS!!!

That's a far cry from how they're selling the idea . . . 

"Potential concepts for the South Loop Link, a four-block public park over a portion of I-670, include a green mobility hub with easy access to multimodal transportation, playgrounds, dog parks, arts and amphitheater programming, and other opportunities for social engagement."

"Things you learn as a rideshare driver. They sell this as green space and beauty thing but the new Loews Hotel has an awful 670 noise problem keeping people awake on north side. That is why they are covering 670."
