Outpost Social Club adds breakfast, lunch and pizza

Outpost Social Club in the Westside neighborhood has been serving dinner and late night eats since it opened in July of 2021. As of October, the sister business of hip nightspot Panther's Place has added breakfast and lunch with options like smothered biscuits and gravy, roasted garlic and mushroom pizzas.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - KSHB 41 has been checking grocery item prices at three different grocery stores in the Kansas City area. In mid-January, eggs cost $1.65 at a Price Chopper in Leawood. Since then, the price has jumped to $4.79 at the same store.

New server at this Kansas City bar and restaurant is a robot

The Tanner's Bar & Grill in Red Bridge Shopping Center is paying for a new robot named Sonny to bring food to tables. Sonny, created by California's Bear Robotics Inc., also can be loaded with dirty plates to take back to the kitchen.

Don't let holiday baking snow you under. Come to the 14 th annual Christmas Cookie Festival on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 5901 E. 135th St., Grandview. Outside doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with festival doors opening at 9 a.m.
