Conservatives Criticize KCPD After Christmas Drag Show

Over the past couple of years we've noticed an interesting trend . . .

Right-wing activists increasingly find themselves opposing law enforcement. From disputes with feds to beef with local po-po . . . Many so-called conservatives no longer completely align themselves with police only moths after demands to 'back the blue' amid social justice protest.

We notice honest disagreements on issues like gun control or civil forfeiture but recently a Northland pay-for-play blog offered this subtle rebuke of KCPD that was mostly unnoticed . . . Check-it . . .

"Meanwhile, local law enforcement was in evidence to make sure the show went on – despite such a sexualized performance for minors quite likely being quite illegal. Concerned citizens and civic leaders wrote to Kansas City officials asking them to prevent children from being exposed to what amounted to an all-age gentlemen’s club, but to no avail."

Here at TKC we think the cops did the right thing in making sure both smallish groups were safe from each other.

Accordingly . . .

If only because WE'RE NOT GOING TO HELP ANYBODY amid arctic temperatures: Generally, our TKC blog community is a bit more supportive of KCPD even if our political viewpoints rarely align.

Children as young as 6 attend erotic 'Christmas' drag queen show in Kansas City, guarded by police and Antifa

Imagine if exotic dancers left their strip clubs to stage a vulgar, sexually suggestive public performance at a local theater - for "all ages," no less. Now imagine some adults actually taking their young children to see it. Would you think that's in any way acceptable?
