Tax Fighter Calls Out Mayor Q & Council Lady Bough On Gregory Blvd Water FAIL

This justifiably angry note is gaining traction amid the rising tide of complaints from residents within this posh Kansas City corridor . . .

Gregory Blvd Water Pipe Replacement Project

A number of residents have reached out to me regarding their water situation or rather lack of water. on Gregory Blvd.

This friggin mess on Gregory Blvd needs to stop. In the last 5 years Gregory Blvd from State line to Oak has been torn up and re- tarmacked  numerous times.

For folks to come home from work and be unable to provide water to their kids or use the restroom is unconscionable.

Andrea Bough this is 2 blocks from your home why is this going on?

I’ve emailed most of you numerous times regarding the problems on Gregory and you guys cannot get the job done.

Update from the council lady . . .

John -

I echo the Mayor’s comments. My office is well aware of the issues that have arisen as the result of the work along Gregory and we will continue to address all citizen concerns, as we have in the past. We will work with the Water Department to resolve this issue and attempt to prevent future issues.

Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - People living in a Kansas City neighborhood off Gregory Boulevard say they were left without running water for about 18 hours. For Josh Lehne, knowing whether his water will run is sort of a guessing game.
