Earlier this month, Missourians approved Amendment 3, which legalizes recreational, adult-use marijuana and expunges some nonviolent, marijuana-related offenses. In addition to loose marijuana and marijuana plants, Missourians who are 21 and up may also purchase and consume marijuana-infused products. Amendment 3 defines marijuana-infused products as those that have been "infused, dipped, coated, sprayed or mixed with marijuana."
