November Cold Spell Paused Kansas City 2022 Homicide Crisis

I don't think I'm out of line giving credit to the weather given that it's unlikely that partisan slap fighting really helped curb the rate of killing.

Sadly, a murder this morning and fatal injury recorded today has ended a historically peaceful two weeks.
