Missouri Scribe John Combest Teaches How To Battle Internets Hate

For nearly 20 years we've relied on the work of John Combest to provide insight into the sordid world of Missouri politics. 

His website, JohnCombest.com has been a MUST READ for Missouri readers both conservative and progressive. 

Recently, we've linked some of his thoughtful and funny column that prove his writing chops.

What I didn't know, until this year, is that trolls have targeted Mr. Combest through the years and written a great deal of garbage that should've landed them in court. Their attacks were way out of bounds and just plain mean & off-putting . . . Nearly as odious as some of the stuff that was in the comments from earlier versions of this blog dump. 

Thankfully, Mr. Combest has been able to rise above his detractors. And like a Phoenix ascending from the ashes . . . He inspires us and provides guidance.
