KC Current Stands Against Antisemitism

Recently, an NBA baller kicked off a controversy for tweeting a link to an antisemitic movie. His digital gesture has earned widespread rebuke and a suspension.

“The Kansas City Current views any antisemitic action and behavior as deeply disturbing and completely against all our Club represents,” the statement reads. “We proudly and unequivocally stand with the Jewish community. We ask our supporters and Current community to join us in solidarity by using our collective voice to raise awareness and make an impact.”

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The Jewish Community Relations Bureau|American Jewish Committee Kansas City released results of the 2022 "Antisemitism in Schools" survey. JCRBAJC says the survey looks to learn more about the experiences of Jewish middle and high school students in the area while creating programs and resources to help.
