Kansas City Starbucks Strike Double Trouble

The strike is taking place just outside of city limits but still in the metro.

Moreover . . .

After the pandemic and fading fortunes, Starbucks isn't really a big deal anymore.

Folks who want fancy coffee are obliged to hit up local shops and the rest of us just grab our java at convenience stores.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Workers at two Kansas City-area Starbucks stores are among more than 100 Starbucks across the country going on strike Thursday. CNBC reports that the Starbucks locations at 10201 W. 75th St. in Overland Park and 18710 E. 39th St. in Independence are included in the list of stores where workers are striking.
