"According to a recent report from Realtor.com, Kansas City recorded the third-highest listing price increase among the nation's 50 largest metros from October 2021 to October 2022. At 21.4%, it trailed just Milwaukee (34.5%) and Miami (25.1%) as prices continue to rise by double-digits year-over-year."
