TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Democrat Chris Mann issued a statement Thursday night conceding the race for Kansas attorney general to Republican Kris Kobach. While the Associated Press called the race on Wednesday and announced Kobach had won the election, Mann had still maintained that the race was still too close to call.
