With the KC Mayoral Primary only months away, conservative and innovative-thinking Activist Clay Chastain appears to be the only challenger to the political establishment's darling - liberal and status quo-thinking , Mayor Lucas.

Yes, he's home grown, talks smoothly and we're told how popular Defund Lucas is by his supporters. But after 8-years in elected office, we can all see how ineffective he's been:
(1) KC is now ranked the 7th most dangerous city in America (never mind, Go Chiefs).
(2) KC has the 7th highest rate of taxation in America (never mind, Go (more) Bonds).
(3) KC ranks 88th in good transit in America (never mind, add another few miles to the touristy "Toy Train" streetcar system).
(4) KC suffers from $5 billion in deferred maintenance (never mind, let's build a new Downtown Ballpark).
(5) KC has not grown in residential population in 6-decades! (never mind, look at all our tourists).
