KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting that happened on I-70 Friday afternoon. The incident happened near Charlotte Street and the exit ramp to I-35. The exit ramp is closed and traffic is being diverted away from the scene toward the I-70/US 24/US 40 interchange.
