Temperatures are starting off in the mid- to upper-60s with a few folks still feeling 70s this morning. The main weather feature you'll notice today will be the wind. We're already measuring wind speeds between 15 and 20 miles per hour at KCI and that is expected to increase to near 25 or 28 miles an hour with some gusts as strong as 45 miles per hour.
