For most of us this isn't a big deal but there are many people in the metro who rely on mail carriers for outgoing mail . . . For those folks . . . And others who rely on snail mail to obtain a ballot . . . The current Kansas City mail slow down threatens to cancel their vote . . . Or at least make it meaningless.
