On Friday, St. Louis-based developers SkyView Partners and Tegethoff Development formally announced the submission of plans to the city of Osage Beach for the Oasis at Lakeport, a $300 million family resort and entertainment district.The plan aims to develop a family-friendly tourist destination along Lakeport property acquired by Big Thunder Marine in 2021, at Highway 54 and Jeffries Road adjacent to the Grand Glaize Bridge.
