Kansas City 2022 Homicide #142: Victim Shot Dead On Quincy Overnight

Here's the latest local murder report following another violent local weekend . . . And quite a few shootings, fights and property crime that DIDN'T make the news.

Homicide 3200 block of Quincy

Tonight at about 10:15 PM officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of Quincy in regard to sound of shots. While officers were in route the call was updated to a shooting.


As officers arrived they were directed toward an adult male who had been shot and was unresponsive. Officers began CPR at that time. EMS arrived and pronounced the victim deceased. We do not have any suspect information and are asking for the public’s help.

Detectives and crime scene personnel have responded to the scene and are actively canvassing for witnesses and processing the scene for evidence. One dead following shooting in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Kansas City police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened late Sunday night. One person died in the shooting, which happened at 10:17 p.m. in the 3200 block of Quincy Drive. There's no information at this time about the victim. No suspect has been apprehended as of yet.
