"In this hour-long election special, Johnson County Chair candidates Mike Kelly and Charlotte O'Hara square off in the Kansas City PBS Studios. The Johnson County Chair Debate is a collaboration with the Johnson County Bar Association. Later in the hour, Theresa Galvin answers questions as voters prepare to cast ballots in the race for Jackson County Executive. Frank White declined to participate."
