Should Kansas City Blame 'Defund The Police' For Historic Spike In Traffic Deaths???

Blame whoever you want . . . It never brings people back.

However . . . 

We won't argue with locals that notice a decline in public safety IN EVERY RESPECT has coincided with the reign of one of the most anti-police administrations in Kansas City history. 

In fairness, here's the public radio reasoning . . . Hint: It's related to climate change AND racism:
