Hipster #1: Why do we have to stay a driving city? Not everyone owns a car.
Hipster #2: No snark: I'd love for that to be the case. But unless this rule change is in parallel with a multi-billion dollar metro transit system, then it seems to be ignoring the reality of the metro.
