This one was dirty . . . 

Tax credits are a MAJOR PART OF THIS DEVELOPMENT and local politicos merely accepted hype that this would be self-funded rather than questioning why locals should pay AND EPIC RANSOM for games that don't earn higher attendance than college football contests across the region.
