Once again our city hall honcho rolls out the welcome wagon in service of local biz leaders.
Here's the pitch that has inspired a bit of debate and pointed questions about the local economic climate:
In fairness . . . At least he's up front about his open door biz philosophy. Meanwhile, local corporate leaders put on a great game face about "conservative values" but sustain their biz by way of cheap foreign workers and tax subsidy that would be the envy of any so-called "welfare queen" who likely hustles much harder than most middle-managers.
And so . . .
This post serves to remind our blog community that neither white dudes in suits nor our political ruling class really care much about helping out longtime residents.
Their focus is on profit margins and the future which doesn't seem to include voters who push back on the unsustainable and largely corrupt economics which support the current global high finance game of Jenga that's based on nothing more than faith, hope and trust dedicated to institutions that mostly work to leverage monetary policy against suckers at the low end using a vast array of identity politics, misdirection, false flags and the assorted big asses of the Kardashian/Jenner family.
