- Throughout downtown and the metro . . . The "sideshow" trend shows no sign of relenting and the luxury condo dwellers are starting to speak out on the topic.

Here's a quote trending on social media which features a frustrated hipster lamenting the dearth enforcement action on auto misdeeds from a police force under constant political attack from Mayor & Council allies . . .

"Judging by the 50 or cars illegally parked on Broadway right now for the Art festival, including ones in handicap, 15 minute only parking and those blocking entire lanes, that parking laws are simply a joke to KCMO just like the rest of the laws."
