Kansas City Preacher Apologizes After Denouncing Congregation In Viral Clip

Funderburke apologized for his behavior in a Facebook video. In the clip, shared on Church at the Well’s account, he can be heard saying that the speech “does not reflect my heart or my sentiment toward God's people, yet, that's not discernible in the clip.” He went on to say as he referred to a script, “Therefore, I offer this sincere apology to you today. No context could erase the words I used. I apologize to all the people that have been hurt or angered or anyway damaged by my words.”
