Pro-football tribute in the Crossroads is probably THE OPPOSITE OF ART.
But we appreciate the hustle.

Kansas City artsy patrons abandoned the Crossroads after an innocent young lady was shot in the head and killed by a stray bullet during a street fight.
However . . .
Local organizers, promoters and businesses want the party to return this town's favorite real estate scheme.
And so . . . We notice football opt-in for an event that no longer has much of anything to do with creative expression . . .
This event will support the vibrant arts scene in the Crossroads while also giving attendees a chance to celebrate the start of the 2022 Chiefs season. The club will host a Chiefs-themed street from 5 to 9 p.m. on West 19th Street from Wyandotte Street to Baltimore Avenue.
