Jackson County Circuit Courts Restarts COVID Mask Mandate

The COVID-19 Community Level for Jackson County as established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for the week of Monday, August 8, 2022 through Sunday, August 14, 2022 is HIGH.

For weeks when the COVID-19 Community Level is HIGH, the following precautionary measures will be in effect for all Court buildings:

1. Temperature screener machines at court building entrances.  The use of these machines will be required of persons entering the building.

2. Mask wearing.  The Court will  require Court staff and visitors to wear masks in Court facilities/workspaces, regardless of vaccination status.
