We should spend more time with this but we want to share the idea tonight and see what kind of response we get . . .

The main question . . .

SHOULD WE BLAME GUNS OR ANTI-POLICE SENTIMENT FOR THE DEADLY NORTH KANSAS CITY POLICE SHOOTING TRAGEDY?!?

Right now we consider two sides of the argument . . .

Of course the newspaper rants against guns . . .

"We extend the deepest respect for his sacrifice, and his family’s sacrifice. North Kansas City should quickly remember his service in an appropriate way. The killing is another terrible reminder of the price we pay for lax gun laws, particularly in Missouri — and the ongoing need to change the gun culture and stop senseless murders in the state."

And then here's a worthwhile retort from KK . . .

"This story is just tragic and a strong reminder why we should never tolerate or promote anti police uprisings around the country."
