ANOTHER EMPLOYEE LAUNCHED A LAWSUIT AGAINST GUADALUPE CENTER FOLLOWING FIRINGS BY NEW BOSSES!!!

Here's the thing . . .

Firing people because they're friends or still friendly with former workers is hard to defend in court; even with Missouri's tough "hire at will" employment laws.

Of course GCI can't discuss any personnel matter. 

However . . .

Behind the scenes we continue to see a loss of credibility for this formerly beloved institution.

Now . . .

Job training, senior care, education, meals on wheels and countless other critical resources confront additional challenges because the new bosses are great at impressing politicos at civic events but struggle to mange the day-to-day operations of this 100+ year-old institution.
