Clueless politicos have promised Oracle "investment" and even "optimism" in Kansas City whilst overlooking traditional worker bloodletting that helps keep the tech juggernaut healthy and amongst the best companies in the world.
Cerner was once the largest private employer in Kansas City and early departures along with upcoming layoffs will make the current recession even harder to endure.
Sadly . . .
