1. Jackson County has had three years to become highly aware of Frank White's dumpster fire tax assessment. People remember when you cost them thousands in perpetuity.

2. Stacy has run a great campaign and been in front of the voters including at their doors.

3. She has a big TV ad buy coming and 54K mailers going out.

4. Frank is not campaigning and ONLY has name recognition (bad recognition from property owners).

5. Women want to elect women right now.

6. Stacy is very smart and people who've listened her realize that.
