The Dotte Still Hasn't Fixed System After Devastating Cyberattack

Remember that the UG Mayor took a great deal of heat for FAILING to answer questions and deal openly with media on the impact of a recent cyberattack. 

Now . . .

A month later there's very little progress in recovering systems and getting back to normal . . . Signaling leadership out of its depth and unable to meet tech challenges.

It's been almost two months since that attack hit the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas on Easter weekend.

Based off their last update from a week ago, the UG is still working to restore some services.

Cybersecurity expert gives insight into timing of attack on Unified Government data centers

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The KSHB 41 I-Team is digging deeper into the timing behind a local cybersecurity attack. It's been almost two months since that attack hit the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas on Easter weekend. Based off their last update from a week ago, the UG is still working to restore some services.
