Kids in the city? Raytown to consider allowing ownership of miniature goats

The city council in Raytown, Missouri is considering allowing homeowners and business owners to raise miniature goats inside city limits.The city is also asking for public comments on the impending proposal from June 22 until Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.If approved, only worship centers, golf courses, art galleries, museums, and people living in single-family homes or small group homes, would be allowed to own the goats.Currently, Raytown's Municipal Code does not allow miniature goats.
