KMBC Recognizes Kansas City LGBT History

Credit where it's due and a sign of the times.

Despite progressive reactionary complaints about "Fox" which is really a Sinclair media outlet . . . KMBC is ACTUALLY this town's most conservative channel. 

Accordingly . . . 

A bit of backstory on LGBT rights is notable and a very real indication of progress amid Pride Month.

Here's their quick take on a legendary local hangout . . .

That scene includes the former Jewel Box lounge, which held world famous drag shows and drew some of the biggest names in the country.
