Taxpayer subsidized pet lovers are putting the community on notice after an adorable and beloved doggie was found dead under mysterious circumstances.
Also . . . It's clear that "doggie murder detectives" might be a million dollar idea for an Internets franchise.
Nevertheless . . . Here are the deets that some might find disturbing . . .
"The KC Pet Project’s Animal Services Division are looking into the terrier mix’s death because he was found on the ground, partially inside a Goodwill plastic bag with rope wrapped around his snout and head in the park, according to Tori Fugate, a spokesperson for KC Pet Project."
