The Kansas City Fire Department is investigating a two-alarm fire near Corbin Terrace and Summit Street after two houses went up in flames Sunday night.The fire department now says that fire is being investigated as an arson. The department has not released any potential suspect or motive to the public at this time.
Overland Park serial shoplifter Kelli Bauer charged in theft
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - UPDATE, June 20 | A day after being taken into custody, Johnson County prosecutors charged Bauer with one count of felony theft. According to court documents, Bauer is alleged to have stolen goods worth between $50 and $1,500 on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from the Overland Park Scheels store.

KCPD requests help locating missing man
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Departments requests help locating a missing man. 32-year-old Ian Flynn was last seen on June 20 at 7:45 p.m., leaving the 4600 block of Northwest 68th Terrace. It was reported that Flynn may have been seen in the area of NW 81st Terrace and North Byfield on the Line Creek Trail.
