JoCo Lady Allegedly Caught Stealing Again

We're split on this story . . .

If the allegations are true then obviously this lady doesn't need prison and might benefit from more personalized healthcare. 

However . . .

Anybody else from a bad neighborhood would probably just rot in the can after so many arrests.

Court records show Kelli Jo Bauer, 53, was arrested Saturday and charged with felony theft after reportedly being caught shoplifting at Scheels in Overland Park.

Police said Bauer was caught stealing golf clubs and gift cards from the sporting goods store.

Bauer previously admitted in court to stealing thousands of dollars in clothing and merchandise to sell out of her large Johnson County home.
