After SCOTUS Abortion Ruling Kobach Touts 'Pro-Life' Kansas Laws: Our Work Is Not Done

Again . . . Ahead of an election we think the statement of a LEADING CANDIDATE FOR KANSAS AG deserves consideration . . . Here's the word . . .

Kris Kobach Statement on Supreme Court Overturning Roe v Wade

June 24, 2022 (Topeka) -- The comments below are attributable to Kris Kobach, candidate for Kansas Attorney General.

“Roe v Wade not only led to the death of millions of unborn babies, but it damaged our Constitution.

Decisions about abortion policy are now in the hands of state legislators and voters where they belong.

Our work here is not done, because liberal Kansas Supreme Court judges created out of whole cloth a right to unlimited abortion in the Kansas Constitution.

We must pass the Value Them Both Amendment on August 2nd. After that, as Kansas Attorney General, I will quickly take action to fully restore our pro-life laws in Kansas."
