KCMO Water Contractors Violating Clean Water Act
"After driving by these sites for months, I just realized these contractors seem to be blatantly disregarding Federal, State and City mandates. Contractors are required by law to use Erosion and Sediment Control to prevent pollution from reaching our waterways. This is a major violation of EPA mandates as far as I can tell. They are not even following the city codes."
