This week we've noticed local power players putting this photo on blast . . .
It's a scheme for freebie housing in the Hospital Hill area that might destroy the progress of so many entrepreneurial home owners in the area by turning the neighborhood into a housing project.
The scheme is far fetched but what we lament is that so many DEPLORABLE AMATEUR URBAN PLANNERS are so easily impressed by pretty drawings without any critical questions about long-term economic viability.
