BONNE TERRE, Mo. - Carman Deck, who and killed an elderly De Soto during a home robbery in 1996, is set to be executed for his crime on Tuesday. Over the past 24 years, Deck's death sentence had been overturned and reinstated on three separate occasions.

Owner of SK Security in Kansas City accused of shooting man

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Jackson County Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against the owner of SK Security for shooting a man. Sidney Kile, 24, faces assault in the first-degree and armed criminal action.
