The beautiful Kansas City weather begins a dangerous time of year on local streets.
To wit and fair warning . . .
KANSAS CITY 'STREET TAKEOVERS' PERSIST DESPITE POLICE EFFORTS AND FLIMSY 12TH & OAK LEGISLATION!!!
Remember that last year the weekends were so chaotic on Downtown streets that Mayor Q proposed legislation to crackdown on illegal "sideshows" and all manner of road warrior antics.
However . . .
It's unclear if the strategy will work and a MASSIVE RIDE THIS WEEKEND seems to challenge authorities for control of the streets inside the loop and not too far away from police HQ.
Of course we share the best clip out of many floating around on the Internets.
