Jackson County GOP Primary Debate: Jason Pearson Vs. Preston Smith

There is a very real chance for Republicans to make solid gains in Jackson County's upcoming election.

But first they'll have to face off against each other.

We're going to remain objective and opt-out of trying to summarize too much of the dispute  . . . And so we'll merely quote the clip description . . .

Key points:  I was not active in politics before running for Jackson County Executive. I felt that's honestly the type of person we needed as I learned the county is full of politics already.  I'm going to tell you the truth and I will respect your viewpoint even if it doesn't always agree with mine.  

Preston and I agree on one point - there are only two real republican candidates on the ballot - but we disagree on which two.  Crazy thought - why don't we state the facts and let the public decide?
