This morning another vacant building caught fire again . . . For the third time this year already.
Normally we don't post about house fire but this new KCMO tradition is worth considering amid a worsening US housing bubble.

According to fire department sources at the scene, crews immediately went into a defensive posture due to the aggressiveness of the flames.
There were no injuries reported and the building looks to be, at least after this fire, a total loss.

The apartment building next to 7-Eleven, in the 3200 block of Independence Avenue caught fire at roughly 2:30 a.m. Monday morning. Fire crews were on the scene again around 6:30 putting out hot spots.
