Lucas quoted the tweet that links to the article, calling for the Kings to come home to Kansas City.


The Mayor is good for making this offer about 3 times a year . . . It might even be part of his reelection strategy given that it worked for former Mayor Kay and it's a somewhat clever stunt dreamed up by former political consultant Steve Glorioso about 20 years ago.
